Cancellation Policy

We value your patronage and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

2. Cancellation Fees:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total service cost.

3. No-Shows:

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to the total service cost.

4. Late Arrivals:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, if your late arrival prevents us from providing the full treatment, you will still be charged the full service fee.

5. Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any cancellation fees.

6. Special Considerations:

We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.

7. Confirmation Calls/Emails:

To help avoid any misunderstandings, we will send a confirmation call or email for your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment to avoid any issues.
